Erin Madden one of the Founding Board Members of the Cape Cod Young Professionals and a Founding Member of the Village Business Partners BNI Chapter. She grew up in Osterville and is a 2000 graduate of Barnstable High School and a 2005 graduate of Suffolk University, Cape Cod, with a BS in Communications of the highest distinction in Communications & Journalism, majoring in Public Relations

Erin started her professional career in 2003 as the Sales Associate for CapeCod.com, while finishing her degree. She was promoted to Marketing Consultant for Cape Cod Broadcasting in 2005 and left in early 2010 to join Rogers & Gray Insurance Agency as Director of Advertising & Public Relations. Erin Madden returned to Cape Cod Broadcasting in May 2010 as General Sales Manager to oversee Sales and Marketing for WQRC 99.9 FM, Ocean 104.7 FM, WKPE 103.9 FM, WFCC 107.5 FM and CapeCod.com.

Judy Crocker, Senior Marketing Consultant

“Helping business owners grow and increase profits” has been Judy's mantra since she graduated from Bentley College with a Business Communications degree in 1991 and began her career in radio. As Senior Marketing Consultant at Cape Cod Broadcasting and CapeCod.com, Judy works with local businesses to put together effective campaigns. A graduate from Humber College’s Radio Broadcasting Program, Melinda hails from Toronto, Canada, and moved to the Cape in 2006. “What I enjoy most is watching a business grow through successful marketing and knowing I played a part in their success.” In Toronto, Melinda worked for a cluster of 3 top radio stations where she gained valuable experience. Since moving, Melinda enjoys learning more about Cape Cod and its history, and has a passion for reading. She likes to spend time relaxing at the beach with a good book. Eh?

Nanci Cicchetti, Marketing Consultant

Nanci Cicchetti Nanci grew up in Boston, but spent her summers on Cape Cod: “I always felt as though the Cape was my real home, so naturally I couldn’t wait to return here year after year. Now that I’m ‘all grown up,’ I feel so fortunate that I have been able to make Cape Cod my full-time home. The quality of life here is incomparable.”

Nanci graduated from St. Lawrence University in upstate New York and began a career in advertising, working on both the agency side and sales side. With her move to the Cape comes a career transition within the industry from consumer magazine sales to radio sales, and she is thrilled to join the Cape Cod Broadcasting team: “What I’m most excited about is the opportunity to work with local business owners, who are the backbone of this small-knit community. Coming from somewhat of a “corporate” background, I welcome the opportunity to be hands-on and work together with local businesses to help create strategic and effective marketing plans that yield great results.”

During her free time, Nanci enjoys living life to the fullest and pursuing her favorite interests --- traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband, family, friends and three chocolate labs. “Like any person who has ever visited the Cape in the summer, I wait for the warm weather all year long and love being in, on or around the water!”

Heidi Parent As a Marketing Consultant with Cape Cod Broadcasting I enjoy meeting the amazing business owners here on Cape Cod, and helping them take their business to the next level with radio advertising. I am fascinated to learn about each and every business and their challenges and how I can help to solve them through creative marketing initiatives. As a small business owner (with my husband) I can share first hand experiences with radio advertising and help guide them to a product that will fit their needs and help their business grow.

A native Cape Codder, and a language graduate of University of Vermont I’ve spent the last several years working in the hospitality industry, in international sales, information systems and web development. I bring all of that experience with me and can suggest other business building ideas that will compliment your radio advertising campaign.

When not working at Cape Cod Broadcasting, Heidi can be found working with her husband and son at their business, spending time with her son at the hockey rink or just quietly tending to her hives of honeybees.

Steve Robichaud, Marketing Consultant

Steve Robichaud began working for Cape Cod Broadcasting in the fall of 2010 and is thrilled at the opportunity to work with local businesses through online advertising on CapeCod.com. Steve has lived on the Cape his entire life, and finds it extremely rewarding to be a part of the growth of the Cape Cod business community.

A graduate of Barnstable High School and the College of Charleston, Steve’s overall goal is to provide your business with a prominent online presence that will boost traffic on your own website and ultimately bring your business more customers and increased profit.

During his free time, Steve enjoys sailing on Nantucket Sound, golfing at one of the picturesque course on the Cape, or spending winter weekends on the slopes. He currently resides in Barnstable Village.
